"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

"I had a wet basement that had been a problem in my home for years before purchase of my home. The placement of a Sump pump and floor drain tile appears to stop wet foundation walls and floor. The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"Quality of work above average for the new concrete work performed. -Concrete splatter on front door, shutters and siding. Other firms apply poly covering to avoid this mess. -Original concrete driveway not protected from excess loading from redi-mix truck. Differential settlement of existing pavement panels and cracking resulted. Ask for protective mats to distribute the loads to avoid this. -Imported black dirt for landscape repairs and beds was high quality organic material. -Negotiated additional driveway removal and replacement. Fair with price at same unit cost as original quote."

"It was great working with Trinity Landscaping for our new concrete patio in our backyard! Travis had excellent communication from the estimate process to the final walk-through, explaining exactly what work was being done and answering our questions. The work took 3 days: day 1 was removing excess soil, installing gravel, and leveling; day 2 was pouring the concrete; and day 3 was sealing and cleanup. The patio was installed in our backyard which did not have access for the cement truck, but the crew was able to pump the cement through a hose to the backyard. Travis and his crew were very professional and worked from early morning until evening. The cleanup job was impressive -- they even fixed up and graded our rock driveway after the cement truck left. The patio turned out excellent! Exactly what we wanted. We would definitely use Trinity Landscaping again!"

"Gregg and Gunnar did a fantastic job of lifting and sealing my garage floor. After 20 years of slowly failing, sinking, and cracking, they were able to get it back to an acceptable condition. It'll never be "flat" like freshly poured concrete but, it is so much better after their work. "Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"
